Here's what data we collect while you use Kariyer Sahnem, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. During rehearsals, we collect your selected package/module, the session transcript, and your speech metrics (communication, confidence, structure scores). If you grant camera access, your video is analyzed live in your browser only — it is never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
This data is used to run the live interview simulation, generate an AI-assisted competency evaluation after each session, produce your personalized PDF report, and improve the product. We never sell or rent your data for advertising.
To run the service we work with trusted providers for sign-in, AI-assisted conversation and evaluation, avatar rendering and file storage. We share with them only the data needed to provide the service, and your speech is passed on during a session for that purpose alone. You can ask for the current list of providers at destek@kariyersahnem.ai.
Your session results and reports are kept for as long as your account remains active. When you request account deletion, associated data is permanently removed within a reasonable period.
When you write to support, your messages and any screenshot you attach are kept with your request. Only if you agree, technical details are added so we can see the problem: your browser, device, connection, camera and microphone state and the page's latest warnings; we never send passwords, keys, pictures or sound. The first answers in the live support chat are given by an AI assistant that relies only on the help pages, and your messages are passed to an AI service provider for that; money, account and data matters are passed to a person. A visitor who writes without signing in is tied to a random key made in their browser, which is stored only in an irreversibly transformed form. When you delete your account, your support requests and screenshots are deleted too.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. You can reach us with such requests at the contact address below.
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and remember your language/theme preference — we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
